Congratulations to all of us! Our first Design Competition as a group and we won! I am super happy with how the house turned out, and excited that we were able to take home first prize. Update on what is happening with the house. The house has been priced and now has a starting price of $515,000 dollars. It has been submitted for formal review to see if it meets the design guide lines of the Rehberg Ranch Subdivision. If the Design review committee approves the house it (should find out in the next couple weeks) It will then be listed for sale on the MLS, and a Billboard advertising the house will be erected on the site. If anybody has anything to add please feel free to add it to this post.
